If you are looking for a way to bulk up or even just tone up the wight equipment is your ticket to sucess. We have a wide variety of pieces to offer in order for you to meet your fitness goals.
Machines Available:
Leg Curls: The leg curl is an isolation exercise that targets the hamstring muscles. The exercise involves flexing the lower leg against resistance towards the buttocks.
Leg Extention: The leg extension is an isolated exercise targeting one specific muscle group, the quadriceps. It should not be considered as a
total leg workout, such as the squat or deadlift.
Leg Press: The leg press is a weight training exercise in which the individual pushes a weight or resistance away from them using their legs.
Cable Crossover: The cable crossover lets you exercise virtually every major muscle group in your body. Interchangeable cable handles provide an unlimited number of possibilities for all experience levels, and the extra wide and tall mainframe provides you with easy access to an endless array of high and low pulley exercises. (See Video Below)
Smith Machine: The Smith machine is a piece of equipment used in weight training. It consists of a barbell that is fixed within steel rails, allowing only vertical movement. New variations allow a small amount of forward and backward movement. A Smith machine often includes a weight rack in the base to help stabilise it. The machine can be used for a wide variety of exercises such as a squat.
Lat Pulldown: The lat pulldown exercise is a strength training exercise designed to develop the latissimus dorsi muscle. It performs the functions of downward rotation and depression of the scapulae combined with adduction and extension of the shoulder joint.
Bicep Curls: The biceps curl is any of a number of weight training exercises that target the biceps brachii muscle. The bicep curl can be accomplished using many different pieces of equipment such as bicep curl machine, dumbbell(s), barbell, etc.
Weight Bench: A weight training bench is a piece of equipment that has a resemblance to a normal bench, but is designed for use in weight training. Weight training benches may be of various designs: fixed horizontal, fixed inclined, fixed in a folded position, with one adjustable portion, with two or
more adjustable portions, with racks to hold bars, etc.
Dumbbells: The dumbbell, a type of free weight, is a piece of equipment used in weight training. It can be used individually or
in pairs, with one in each hand.
